Social Media- is to be slowly born again in new world # First HCLTweetup

I kept my profession out of this space but an experience of an event calls to be typed down to be kept as ever lasting memory. I work for a technology company but have no technology background, believe it or not but my first encounter with computer was in graduation first year during my BSc. Mathematics. Therefore computer for me was like a rocket science if not more till 6yrs back :-). And after completion of my graduation when I landed up to Galib’s city for Job search (my another post has detailed rationale about this move), my first interviewer asked me, can you operate a computer? I answered, NO explaining further that only thing I know is how to place my hand on mouse. From this background to finally working for one of the most disruptive IT company and then being part of first tweetup (I was clueless what does it mean and finally figured out ,it is Twitter meet up, God Bless Sergey Brin and Larry Page whose Idea is saving grace for so many like me ). OMG this is turning into a fairytale or another slumdog into motion ("millionaire" doesn’t go along with fair distance);-).

My job is such that every week I end-up meeting 100+ new people F2F. I am in talent acquisition and in line to this I frequently travel to metro’s and budding IT hubs like Indore, Bhuvneswar , Vizag n all and keep meeting & dealing with people. Therefore going into another meeting or get together doesn't excites me much to be honest unless there is something unique or new about it. So what prompted me being at tweetup? that too when I am in pressure cooker situation these days, it was just that I’ll get to meet the genius thought leader who has given new meaning and dimension to word “Management” The maverick Vineet Nayar.

I am new to twitter and still learning about it but why did I join this? Just to know what is so god damn great about this tool/portal which has cost an Indian minister his post, so called charismatic Lalit Modi bitted the dust over night courtesy Twitter. Also it gives you access to management, leadership theories free of cost from likes of Tom Peter’s to Gary Hamel, you name one you will get him. Mark Zuckerberg’s allegedly theft Idea from an Indian origin mind is also a buzz word, recently only I became more active on Facebook because the way people were talking about it whole day everywhere you go, I thought I should make my presence felt before people start doubting my existence :-).

And then the D-day came I went all excited for tweetup and best part was the venue, it was an art gallery coveted with art work of MF Hussein to Tayeb Mehta and almost all big names from Indian paint brush landscape. Though it is next to my work place but it was my first visit there. Tweetup started with casual introductions to sharing of embarrassing twitter incidents finally leading to very insightful discussions about digital identity and branding thanks to our young (for his signature indeed he is) & dynamic Chief Marketing officer who is musician also, Oh you just said "sounds" interesting ;-), He is on exploration for his unique sound . The topic digital identity was vast thus it was natural to have diverse opinions. Great Confucius said whenever possible "Be clear" and that’s exactly what both parties did and lines for verbal battle have been drawn, which lead to very profound discussion about, How one should craft his/her digital persona? to optimize his/her influence and impact. And then question came straight from tweet world, how does an employee’s individual branding helps an employer? And answer came walking into gallery in form of our Chief Enabling Officer (That's what CEO in HCL stand for) ; today Vineet is great brand into business space because of his management theories, thoughts and ideas which are changing the business nuance across the world. Need not to mention because of his ever growing individual brand image HCL is deriving great dividend of him being at driving seat.

After discussions on digital identity and personal branding it was time for all 25 of us to sneak-in in one of the most evolve business minds. And he started with intriguing thought that world is full of Idea if you have eyes for them. What stays forever? Only Ideas, Gandhi , Martin Luther King are still been followed and revered because of their ideas. Which are so relevant even today and making the world better place to live. Midst of all what had been said and discussed in HCL tweetup, most defining and profound thought which has stayed with me is “what is so unique about U and your identity?” Along with this Vineet’s answer to a question “who is your most favorite person whom you follow in twitter?” His answer was “I don’t follow people I follow ideas”. When there is so much available from Preeti Zinta’s twing tweet to John Hollon’s people management theories and you can’t have both same time thus being self censored & knowing your filter is very important to keep away from distractions. Because twitter serves all simultaneously imagine having continental and south Indian food on same platter, will you be able to tell the taste after meal, even foodie experts like Kunal & Vinod Dua will be lost ;-) are they experts? at least their Santro stuffed bellies suggest that. After full dose of high voltage social media usages & implications we celebrated our first Tweetup with yummy cake and delicious snacks.

Imagine a Google or Apple employee meeting Eric Schmidt and Steve Jobs for 1 hour in so casual manner cut across the band and level. That too owing an idea which being formulated on social networking site just a week back. Am I dreaming? Yes but in HCL we turn dreams into realities and explore the unexplored with each passing year. Tweetup was another testament of this spirit, CEO met with 25 of us for 1 hour, shared his mind-boggling thoughts, clicked pictures. It has a message to all who still romanticize with pyramid, here it has been inverted big time and bottom is on TOP now if you still so romantic about it, just to remind you with words of our CEO “pyramids are associated with death as well”. “Employee First” at center stage once again.

To all twitter transformers, folks this is our opportunity to make it big and take it to next level, lets design a framework of our influence and optimize our impact with more collaboration and bring more people on board. Thanks so much for having me there and please keep educating me with art of tweeting….Bokul ,Kavita & Anshul thanks for putting this together and painting this ever changing HCL canvas with painting of its own kind called “TWEETUP”.

Happy Tweeting!!

HINDI HEARTLAND BRAIN DRAIN IS BIG JOLT TO NATION’S ULTIMATE DREAM.

I wrote my last blog about women empowerment societal prejudice and mediocrity mentality on the whole. These are certain issue which kept bothering me as young citizen of this nation and being eternal optimist, I know it will change one day because debate and discussion has already started taking place on these issues at various levels. But there is one issue which has not caught-up the attention of the nation however it has come to surface intermittently and faze out without being discussed with earnest sincerity to find solution. But in my opinion this issue is silently doing collateral damage to our country which is not quantifiable today but eventually once it will come to surface perhaps it will too late & we’ll not even left with room to mend. The issue I am talking about is workforce migration from Hindi heartland like M.P., U.P. & Bihar to metros like Delhi & Mumbai.

This entire issue has 2 facets to it, one view is of metro citizen, who has strong views about large part of his city being turn into slums resultant making their daily life more cumbersome. Other view is of these migrants who has unanswered question in their heart for ages i.e. Where should we go? Do we really have any choices? and believe me this is most rampant question which every youngster asks himself & others in Hindi heartlands, once he reaches to stage wherein his father looks into his eyes with hope that he will take care of his debts, his sister looks up to him with hope that he will find a dream man for her, his mother looks up to him with dream that her son is grown-up now and her wretchedness will be vanished soon. Thus sheer pressure of these untold responsibilities coupled with too little opportunities to live his dream in his home state put him into peculiar situation which ultimately make him think about “land of opportunities“.This is how the city of Galib and commerce capital of India been referred in these area with background of some fairytale stories of, some real time Heroes from these villages who migrated to these cities and made it big for themselves and their family.

The next story will surface moot issue further though there is another layer below this which is equally complex but because of central government schemes off late like NREGA n all it is getting curtailed to an extent. This story is based on true story where only plots & characters changes house to house however climax is same everywhere. I completed my higher secondary a decade ago from one the backwards area of M.P. (that is what official data says) and first time I have had my encounter with the question, where should I go? All my friends from elitist family took the train to Mahakoshal in the coast of River Narmada for their higher education. I left on my own to write my own destiny with a pen which ironically has no ink into it. Like pre USSR dismantling, world diplomacy used to have only 2 roads one used to go to USA other to USSR akin to this student in those areas has 2 options only either they clear engineering or medical entrance or go for bachelor degree in science for Arts student had more dreadful fate and had to options to choose from. I cleared my engineering entrance, god knows how? and was all set to get admission in royal state of Gwalior which my father denied with all due respect owing my track record coupled with significant dip in my % from 80’s to 60’s that year courtesy cricket fever. Finally since I didn’t had any option I opted for road B and did my graduation in science not because I wanted to be an Einstein or Newton but because I have been barred to do what I wanted and forced into this.

After I got my graduation degree, many so called pundits there told me to do MSc. in Mathematics and take the Aryabhatt legacy forward. But I was very clear in my mind that spending 2 more years here would be like trying to climb oil soaked straight bamboo hence I discarded all the suggestions from Raichand’s. [In Hindi Heartland you get only 2 types of people “Rai-chand” -One who has suggestion on everything under the sun and “Rai-bahadur” -One who gives advice to you on any topic without even you being asking for it  ]. So did I have any options to choose from? NO and then the question pop-in again Where should I go? The answer was land of opportunities and here I am, though I didn’t contributed to slums but I certainly prompted more folks like me to come here and add to your misery in public transport, queuing up for almost everything you need for survival. God bless Kishore Biyani who used our vulnerability to great effect and created an empire nonetheless he has one window solution to lot of our problem, doesn’t he?

Even after a decade when I go there and seek if there is any opportunity where I can fit the bill? And not to my surprise I am still useless for that socio environment, why? Primarily because there is hardly any private investment there at least which I could recall? Except some cement factories, Adding insult to injury the place from where I am graduated underpinning of India shining the Railway is yet to reach there. The only reason for this abstinent which I could think of is perhaps our governments had been headed by great Gandhi followers who discarded this foreign transportation system here  Vijay Mallaya’s fly good times are ages away from these places no one even dreaming about it there today. Now since there is no rail line therefore raw material can’t come coupled with dismal state of infrastructure add fuel to fury of investors and they are shying away from these areas from day one. Midst of all we have a frankenstein’s monster called naxlism which is spreading its wing in these states. What all the options do we have? When nothing is right there is huge opportunity lying out there and improvement can be started from anywhere. All we need to change is approach and intent. You have to create more opportunities in these states to get this fixed ,we need to have multi angel approach such as better education system, top notch infrastructure which can lure the private investment. And finally we need to reestablish the trust of youth that they can have better future in their home turf because given a choice each one us wants to be there and give back to society whatever little he or she can. Astounding GDP growth will not establish us as super power unless growth is more inclusive, for that we must stop the brain drain in ruler areas with immediate effect. We’ll not fix this issue unless we consider it as gruesome as inflation, poverty or naxalism for that matter. “We’ll try” approach has to be change to “we’ll do it” since “we’ll try“for me stand for we are not committed. This migration has vicious circle which is impacting us in larger scale and it should be decoded before it gets too late……….

“EK KIRAN” Enlightening The Generations

When I was a kid I watched a serial on Doordarshan called “UDAAN” and was so fascinated to see a Girl in Police uniform and beating the hell out of goons :-) . My Grandpa was a Circle Inspector (today’s Town Inspector) in Police and he was also avid watcher of this program. He told me first that this serial is inspired by real life story of maverick Kiran Bedi. It was all the more intriguing for me to know, what I was seeing on television actually there is someone who is having this kick a*s persona . I used to ask whereabouts of Kiran to my Grandpa he told me all the gallant stories about her. How she promoted 1600 officers in one day, which were due for ages and files were rotting in government cupboards. How she withstood of wrong doing from her senior officers and made their life miserable. Owing all these, this well decorum officer has been more often than not given positions which were being considered rather less impactful, like Traffic Policing and she shown the world that leadership is not about positions but about actions. Can you even imagine in your wildest dream an Indian cop booking PM car for violating the traffic rule? Goodness gracious Kiran has done that in style and created havoc in government corridors.

As I grew up I heard more stories about Kiran and her distasteful relation with Indian bureaucracy and society. Today when I see around one thing which kept bothering me is why and when we as a society developed prejudice for path breakers, for the people who probe systems, who wants to see under the carpet. Despite we all know what is correct, rather helping them out our socio-system single them out and instead of encouraging or supporting them, we have started punishing them. We have become society of mediocrity, if you will go too fast you will be single out. Kiran has immense contribution to Indian society by breaking the myth that women can’t be in Police or Army or such nature jobs. She has inspired the generation of the other gender in this country to be part of the forces and make her own way in male dominant socio culture.

Throughout her career she kept fighting the system and cross over all the hurdles and hazards. When she deserved to be a Delhi Commissioner she has been asked to be at helm of affairs for Tihar Jail. And rest is just history; she has taken path breaking decisions to channelize the energy behind the bar which can contribute to society in constructive manner. Today BPO is been run from Tihar Jail and generates the revenue as well. Her model is been imbibed by various international governments today. Her patients call it a day when 2nd time in row she has been denied well deserve top job of Delhi Police. If anybody has lost in this error of judgement or rather filthy politics are the Delhites. She is contributing great deal and working with lot of NGO’s to spread awareness in women who are in last row.

Her story has two facets to it; one that women can fight all odds make her own identity even in unexplored and not for women categorized fields. Kiran inspire me more because she continued empowering herself with knowledge and did her LLB and PHd midst of her battle against societal prejudice. There is huge debate going on today about lack of opportunity for women resulting into dismal diversity % in Indian Inc. But didn’t Kiran and others like her have had similar situation? In my opinion still most of the women in our society has sentiment that she is deprived because she belongs to other gender and that is the crux of the issue not lack of opportunities. Today a woman is everywhere right from Sarpanch to President thus society is changing, it’s high time you should change yourself and be a Kiran and pave the way for many more future Kiran’s…….

“Teacher's Day” from Down Memory Lane….

Today is 5th September this day had its own significance and importance in everyone’s life at least for span of 12yrs while we all were in school. Since I was in govt. school in my early days and apparently there was no decorum but we used to celebrate in our own deprived way, touch our Shukla Guruji’s feet, I don’t know if he was fascinated by Abbas Mastan but fact is I never saw him in any other color than white Kurta Paijama akin to this duo. You know why we used to call him Guruji? Because we had not been taught what does Sir & Madame mean? Before we reach 6th standard till then English meant alphabets only. And only word our vocabulary was equipped then to address him was “Guruji”. Shukla Guruji never told us why are we celebrating this day? What is the significance of it? We never bothered to ask also, all we knew that on 5th Sep we’ll get half day leave and that was the real reason for our jubilation.

While we reached in 5th standard Binnu Guruji came to our school. He was the 2nd teacher after Shukla Guruji. Unlike Shukla Guruji who was aggressive, ferocious and used to act like Army commander in Kurta Paijama . Binnu guruji was calm , composed and approachable. And then came September we all were elated that we are going to have our half day leave, in exchange all we need to do is just touch 2 feets instead of one this time. The day came & we all reached our class to see black board has “Sikchhak Divas” written on it. Though we all knew this is what the day is called since we have been told by our private school going friends that this is an auspicious day & they will give gifts to their teacher’s to showcase their gratification. After a while Binnu Guruji came in the class we all stood-up from our “Taat Ki Patti” to greet him and said “Namaste Guruji” in chorus, this sit-up and chorus was the ritual we used to follow every time guruji enter our class. He placed his register on the table and got settled in chair then we all got settle down. We had our roll call , we had to say “Upshthith” after guruji calls our name. Guruji called one new name today “Richa” & we came to know that new Girl Richa has joined our class; her father got transferred from Chirmiri that’s what Binnu guruji told us.

And after this routine affair came our moment of truth, Binnu Guruji asked, why do we celebrate “Shikchhak Divas”? We all were good in pretending to be deaf & dumb in such situation and we did exactly that. Midst of pin drop silence the new entrant Richa spoke-up and we heard some weird doctor name “Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan”, she said he was born today and day is celebrated on his honor. And this is how we came to know what does this day is celebrated for.

Later I did my high schooling from RSS patronize school and we had celebrated this day with meticulous planning and decorum in place.I gradually came to know more about Dr. RadhaKrishna, he was everything you can dreamt to be, if you are a bookworm. He was widely respected professor in Oxford , wrote many journals and books on India Philosophy while keeping western sentiments in account and needless to say bridge the gap between east & west during freedom movement. Eventually India rewarded him by conferring first Vice President and later President Position, which anyway we do with all right thinking people like Mr.Kalam, Rajendra Prasad instead of using their expertise in more constructive manner. I don’t know what Ambedekar was thinking while he was chalking out President Role in our constitution, perhaps he would have been soccer coach some point. Our President is like soccer captain you can only have press conferences and lift the trophy if gets lucky but can’t plan, strategies and don’t have any control over the team. Should we be celebrating this day as Teachers Day? or rather introspect as why did we not use more appropriately one of the most evolved mind India has ever produced? “Happy Teachers day” to all who are shaping the future of this country….....may our system produce more Binnu Guruji than Shukla Guruji's :-) :-)

A WALK OF ITS OWN KIND TO REMEMBER …………

Today (August 11th, 2010) the day started for me as any other day and I came to my conscious after 3-4hours of Sun’s outing as usually. And as per my daily routine like millions “fighting for their identity class” folks, got ready to catch my Bus to reach office. I boarded my bus with four others like me, who comes daily morning with their moron faces like mine, as if we all are going to mourn of someone’s death. Pin drop silence persists in Bus, no one talk to each other. Gradually I again lose my conscious and before we about to reach office someone disturbs, close to death calmness and I come to my conscious. This part of story is getting repeated daily for last three n half years, like Ekta Kapoor’s daily soap but unlike her shows, plot never changes in my story except some casting changes (my bus mates get changes after every 6-8 months or so).

My reaching office was apt to script; I open my wonder machine which has enabled the journey of human from AADMIMANAV to MANAV and finally AUTOMANAV now. My career gets controlled by 2 tiny little boxes in this machine, seems both are twins, one is called “Inbox” and other is called “Outbox”. Even these boxes have outsourced some of their Job to someone called “Server” but unfortunately today Mr. Server was not in mood to work today and only intermittently serve to my inbox. Midst of this rather slow and relax day in office, one of my friend decided to check, why Chinese are so agile & fit? And she decided to order Chinese food, just to tell you, whenever “we” (that’s my illusion, she is one who always call shots) decide to order food from outside, we follow ideology of our bright CEO. We collaborate, contribute and become enabler for each other. All who wish to have freak-in Rich’s Lunch for a change he/she has to contribute as if this is Prime Minister Welfare Fund for hungry people.

Till now everything was as per the script of my daily soap. After the lunch I was again looking career controller tiny little box and then the twist came in tale. All of sudden I saw lot of people rushing to place called “Break out area” (however it should be called “Cribbing Area” everyone goes there and cribs about policy , functioning and everything else on this earth). I was still on my Inbox and one of my friend came to remind me that I m good for nothing, useless, rude etc and as always after hearing all this I stood-up and went along with her to see what is happening. Once I reach there I saw Rain God was romanticizing with Delhi but today his mood was different. Apparently all started talking about how to reach home before Delhi begins it favorite game on road.

Delhi has Love and Hate relationship with Mother Nature. Delhi’s winter is talking point across India to an extent that bollywood lyricist couldn’t resist to write a song on it. In the summer you get free experience of Sahara desert here. And in rainy seasons you get to play a game called “Musical Road” free of cost (Though one has to pay a cost which is not quantifiable). With phobia of spending beautiful evening on road all decided to leave early and me & one friend took lift from one of our senior. With speed of our CAR we would have make snale feel that he is fastest around. After 2 hours struggle on road, we decided to thank our senior and bestow our trust in the best PTS (Public Transport System) available in Capital. But we reached there to realize that I am not alone of this “realization” and half of my office was there, actually they ran out of their patience, being halted in bus for 2 hours and walk down to this metro station all drenched and in sheer frustration. There was long queue to get the tickets, last time I saw queue of this nature when I went to see DDLG in 8th Standard. I asked my colleague to use vulnerability of Male’s of this country and it just took 1 minute to get the tickets, she just asked the guy who was right –up there in the queue to take 2 tickets for her and he obliged, Why? Was he a great gentleman? And helped poor lady who is drenched? You got to be kidding me, there were so many out there who needed his help more than us :-) . And had she not been there with me it would have taken 2 hours for me to get tickets.

Thanks to brainy Japanese and E. Sreedhdran after 2-3 minutes lightning fast metro train came but it was jam-pack as if all were going for some political rally. After lot of pushing and pulling we catch the metro. After 2 -3 recorded messages which I was not minding, finally the lady announced my station arrival and reminded me to mind the gap, I did and got down waving bye to my colleague. I came out of station to see Rain God is still romanticizing with Delhi. Mother Nature had great climax in store for me; I waited for half n hour outside the station hoping that Rahul Bajaj’s creation for “Common Man” will come to my rescue but no luck; neither did I get cycle Riksha. Finally I decided to relive my childhood days and decided to walk to home I dare to do this only because my Momma is not here. Because when I was a kid and get drenched Momma used to make me do home gym “sit-ups” and pledge that I’ll never do it again :-)

I started walking and hardly I came 10 yards to realize, inch by inch, road has been captured by Buses, Trucks , Auto, Cycle and Riksha’s. I started walking the lane adjacent to road, actually these are not lanes but the drainage which are been covered by cemented plate. There was no light either and some of the plates were missing, hole was dead silent as if waiting for some kid “Prince” to fall down and it gets the glory and become famous. I did some Long Jump practices on my way, who says there are no facility for Athletes to train, also did some Army drillings like going between 2 cars, buses in almost impossible situation to pass through. There were some places where road turn into Rivers and I had no option but to get my shoes off and walk. The first thing came to mind while I was taking off my shoes that I have to learn god damn swimming as early as possible to survive. I read somewhere in Amsterdam one can take cycle on rent and roam around, the days are not far away when in rainy seasons you have to take boats on rent to roam around in capital. After 2-3 kilometers I started feeling like “Bear Grill” most of you would know him, he is one who goes to “no man’s land” and survive in odd situation for a TV program in Discovery Channel. Finally after one n hour walk, I reached my place and first I saw my machine because I was worried for my tiny little inbox it has all wining, losing, sorrow and happiness moments in it. It was indeed a walk to remember of its own kind…….. And eventful day come to end after lot of misery.

Let’s get our act together before we become impotent and stop producing more Dhaynchands, Milkha Singhs , K D Jadhav’s, P T Usha’s and Tendulars….

I am back again and been forced to write this actually , saw a big cutout of Vinay Kumar (Bangalore Bowler) by Vijaya Bank on my way to Bangalore airport and thought where are we heading in our sports arena as a Country. Delhi is in full swing of makeover in order to accommodate the much awaited common wealth games. After big hullaballoo, blame games and finger pointing, finally Delhi Govt. and IOC has pull up their shocks and showing some sign of improvement but still, lots to be done before this spectacular gets under way. Lot of venues and other arrangements are way behind the schedule. To be honest I am not even a bit of surprised, on the contrary I would have been shockingly surprised, had everything would have been place because that could have been unprecedented in any government organized event.

This is the first global stage sports event (barring cricket and hockey world cup, which merely 12-15 countries play) India is hosting after Asian games which was held way back in 80’s. Therefore for our generation this is the first time India is organizing something which will have worldwide audience and mass visibility colossal in nature. And instead of cashing this opportunity look the way we have spoiled our case for Olympics wherein this could have been a stepping stone. The reason is lack of professionals for adequate job. No wonder our sports are in dismal stage and some of the sports are taking last breath and in verge of dyeing because majority of the sports authorities are being headed by Politicians.

Can someone tell me what the hell Priyaranjan Dashmunshi will know about Soccer? And no wonder Bob Haughton ran out of his patients and leaving the boat now. Same is the case with cash cow BCCI, Lalu is Bihar Cricket Board president and only god can help them now, I don’t remember who is the last player played from Bihar for India. I am following this game for last 15-16 years and don’t remember any name. Blue eyed boy of Indian business wizard Mr. Modi also became the president of Gujarat cricket chief, somebody please ask him why?? What is the need? Doesn’t Gujarat have people who can run the cricket? Mr. Jaitely in holding the office in Capital, isn’t he having any another job to do? Leave the cricket alone please but they can’t resist because this game has become an ATM. Mr. Lalit Modi has made mockery of system and turn the gentle Man’s game into Los Vegas casino, full of glamour and money. Resultant to this we have big embarrassments in Caribbean.

We make hue and cry about not winning medals in Olympic. One thing is very clear that there is no dearth of talent in this country in any field for that matter including sports. The issue here is system and people who run this. I am not exaggerating in saying that there are so many raw talents sitting in villages of this country who can become Asafa Powell , Tyson Gay and Usain Bolt, provided they get the opportunity and right training. But most of them are struggling to make bread and better for themselves and family. When and how would they focus to become sports person? Some would have dared but then our quota system and lack of opportunity would have shattered their zeal, enthusiasm and dream. There are real time examples wherever some ex sports person (who understand the DNA and knows what it takes to be Sportsman) has taken some corrective measures and identify the talent and nurture it, results are there in black and white. Or else who could have thought even in wildest dreams that Bhivani will give us Olympic medals.

I am delighted that our sports minister is vocal and given new lease of life for this ministry. He has put forth desire to bring the bill to put the time line for each sports body chairman and end the fatherhood of so many politicians everlasting tenure. Our polity is anyway stoop to new low with each passing year and now reaches to level where they have started calling each other “DOG”. I’ll not be surprised if DOG’s association will file defamation case against politician :) mind you they have case in reckoning. Hockey has been hostage to Mr. Gill for 2 decades and produced no results, finally came out of his suffocating regime and started showing some results but I have read some where he is again trying to come back at the helm. Perhaps he wants to finish his half job to put some last nails to coffin and bury it forever. I wish one day they would have some shame or take some lesson from our great politician like Lal Bahadurji, who had resigned taking moral reasonability of rail accident being a Railway Minister. Here they are doing nexus getting exposed; players are fed-up, how many bright players hung there boot before time because they couldn’t withstand the politics in sports.

I think society has been ignorant in this regard and believe me if we all put out acts together and make them accountable let the message go loud and clear that either perform or perish. Let’s ask them what is his/her qualification to hold the sport authority positions? They will be jittery because they know they are not qualified and no deserve those positions. And when we can turn the tide in Jessica Lal, Manu sharma and so many other cases , why can’t here, all we need to do is get our act together ……we have lost so many sporting tigers to these hunters …PLEASE SAVE THESE TIGERS as well, they will bring the glory and pride to our nation in world map.
